Sales Associate (PT)
Our Mission
Too many working families live with financial stress. They want to pay down debt, save for the future, and protect their loved ones. Yet, most people never received a basic education on how money works.
Our mission is simple: we help everyday families put clear, step-by-step financial plans in place so they can feel secure about their future.
We are looking for caring, mission-driven individuals who want to make a real difference in their communities. In this role, your goal is never to push products. Your goal is to listen, educate, and guide families toward long-term peace of mind.
Is This Mission Right for You?
Ask yourself these questions:
- Do you care deeply about helping families protect their financial future?
- Are you tired of high-pressure sales tactics and looking for a service-first, educational environment?
- Do you want an income that directly reflects the impact you make, without corporate salary caps?
- Would you value working alongside a mentor until you feel 100% confident working with families on your own?
If these questions speak to you, you will feel right at home on our team.
Comprehensive Training & Mentorship:
You never have to figure things out on your own. We provide one of the most hands-on support systems in the industry:
- Side-by-Side Field Training: You will partner with an experienced mentor for your initial client sessions. You observe, learn the process, and see firsthand how to guide families before ever leading on your own.
- Weekly Skill Workshops: Join live team sessions, review real-world family case studies, and sharpen your communication skills.
How You Help Families:
- Listen & Understand: Meet virtually with families. Ask questions about their goals, uncover their main worries, and help them understand their options.
- Team Strategy & Design: Work with senior directors to design simple, customized protection and savings plans for each family.
- Care & Ongoing Guidance: Help families put their plans into action and stay connected as their needs change over time.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must pass a standard background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong listening skills and genuine empathy for others.
